A British afair at the end: After 8 races Georgia Booth & Oliver Davenpoort win the Uk Nationals in style, never finishing outside the top six. Runners up are DJ Edwards & Vyv Townend, third are Dave Hall & Paul Constable. Tom Gillard & Andy Thompson finished one step down the podium in front of Dave Wade & Iain Blake.
Heather McFarlane and Chris Payne set the early pace with outstanding speed and consistency, taking a comfortable lead into the final day. But with the breeze building to 13mph, gusting 15mph, the championship took a dramatic turn when gear failure forced them out of the final two races.
